Ninja Masters Original Art

Ok, so here is the issue I am facing.  I have been going through my artworks, paper goods, books, etc.  Stuff I refer to as "the flat stuff".  This type of stuff is easy to store, but I confirmed what I already knew, I have tons of this stuff, and it is very hard to price.  How do you value stuff like this.... That is the question.

I took some pictures of some stuff I unearthed and thought it would be a good example of the difficulty of pricing one-off type stuff.  As you can see in the first picture, there is a Gamest Ninja Masters Mook, a rare book in its own right, and probably could fetch some decent cash by itself.  Now, add in the fact I have some original paintings and pencil drawings that were published in the book.  If you take a look at the enlarged photos you will see the original painting and pencil drawings shown with corresponding shots of the mook.  When I thumb through the book, I know with almost 100% certainty, that if Dion or I do not have an original art for this mook, the art is probably been thrown away, destroyed, or with the original artist never to be seen again.  Does that make it valuable, well, it does if you are interested in original art and are a Ninja Masters fan, but how much?  Hell if I know, and I that is the million $ question, as depending on what people are interested, there are probably artworks and items I have that would just blow your mind - impossible stuff.

So the question is not how much for this peticular artwork, but more to a general pricing strategy, since there is so much more, and of a huge variety.  The obvious answer is to just put it up on ebay and let the market decide.  An option, but I usually only go to ebay for non-neo items.
